Paul Ng is the founder of TG Group, helping organizations to maximise their strengths and achieve their full potential through strategic workforce and organizational development.

Before Paul's entrepreneurial journey started in the 1980s, he directed and managed projects for clients in the chemicals manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics, FMCG and electronic engineering industries. In 1990, Paul founded P-Serv, a HR solutions company initially focused on technical talents, before he developed the company into a reputable brand in the HR consulting and payroll space with an unbroken record of profitability since its genesis. From Singapore, Paul took P-Serv to China in 2002, and using Shanghai as the beachhead to expand into 6 offices across China within a short span of 3-years. The P-Serv China venture broke even in the first six months and delivered consistent profits since the start of its China operations. P-Serv was formally acquired by Kelly Services in 2007, and after the acquisition, Paul joined Kelly Services as Senior Director and General Manager, Greater China, overseeing the management and operations of 9 offices in China and Hong Kong.

In 2012, he founded APBA, initially focusing on regional M&A activities within the HR solutions industry, before developing into a full-fledged regional HR services company in 2014. Today, APBA has consolidated the resources of multiple HR solutions brands in Asia and is collectively re-branded into the TG Group.  

Paul is a proven business leader in a senior management role and is a respected member of the professional recruitment services industry in Asia Pacific. He was inducted into Recruitment International’s Hall of Fame in 2016 for his significant contributions to the HR industry in Asia.

Paul graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore, and he sits on the Board of several companies in Singapore as well as regionally.
