Job Responsibilities
To lead sales team to drive business development by maximize sales growth and increase market share in Central China zone;
To explore potential new customer base and develop long term growth of existing customers for business;
Locates, evaluates and recruits potential channel partners, distributors and dealers;
Supports partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, sales promotions and training;
To summaries and analysis sales data to keep the continuous improvement;
To prepare and implement annual budget / action plan to achieve Sales Target;
To liaise with customer to monitor the market trend and identify customer's need;
Analysis market situation including external competitor activity and market trends;
Assist in the development and execution of long range marketing / sales goals;
Ensure products being developed meet customer requirements;
Liaise with other group companies and Asia Regional Office on products selection;
Work with vendors and sales team on the development of new products;
Assist in setting price structure and discount policies;
Job Requirements
Degree holder or above;
Minimum 8 years relevant experience, preferably from Paper / Printing / Packaging industries;
Possess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful development direction;
Understanding the paper market dynamic in Central China;
High level of business acumen, result-oriented and self-motivated;
Strong leadership and people management skill;
Good command of English;
Willing to frequent travel in China.
