Job Responsibilities
Support contacting and procurement with administrative team and ensure efficient management the full procedure followed in compliance with SOPs;
Software license management including purchase, upgrade and renewal;
Finance monitoring including spending, invoice, capitalization, and budget planning;
IT asset management and support to IT related inquiry;
IT project support in documentation and meeting arrangement;
Manage IT training requests and plan together with training team;
Communication with internal business partners and external vendors;
Branding BUIT in internal media channel (newsletter, poster, website etc.);
Job Requirements
2 years of experience on IT operation or IT administration;
Experience of project management strongly preferred;
Experience of business analysis (BA) strongly preferred;
Bachelor' s degree or above;
Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks;
Good communication skills with multi-functional teams;
A proactive, well-organized, energetic team player;
IT knowledge in SDLC (Systems development life cycle);
Fluent in English.
