Job Responsibilities

 Lead and responsible for the people agenda of the team to build and maintain a capable, motivated and highly effective team;

 Regular visit to customers to identify/push new opportunities and turn them into design-in and design-win to achieve yearly sales plan;

 Cooperate with product marketing teams to define right products to be promoted to customer's application;

 Market analysis for China car market and account's status analysis to give clear picture to management team for reference;

 Assistant to organize management customer meeting, products workshop and regional OR etc;

 Coordinate with supply chain team, quality team, FAE team, finance team and account team etc.to solve technical, quality, delivery, price & other customer issues;

 Build up strong relationship with customers;

 Prepare customer visit report, weekly report, OR report;

Job Requirements

 <2 years’ experience in semiconductor include sales, marketing or FAE, or fresh graduate with semiconductor, electronics related major;

 Fluent English, good at writing English;

 Plus work experience in automotive background.
