Job Responsibilities

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Lead and responsible for the people agenda of the team to build and maintain a capable, motivated and highly effective team;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Ensure the data accuracy; design and publish report based on different team needs; identify area of improvement from data source and process;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Propose and lead process improvement when opportunities are identified from data insight and business request;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Major use of data system (MI, JDE, SIMS, DOS, etc.); support communicate with IT&S team to implement improvement and upgrade on IT&S system; key contributor for China Sales Force system roll out;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Ensure the process and system is fully compliant with Security, Ethics, legal and BP standards/policy/requirements in the daily operation by means of embedding such requirements into system aided operational process;

Job Requirements

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Bachelor degree in engineering or IT;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Minimum 5 years' experience in process excellence;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Minimum 5 years' experience with sales operation;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Sound experience in project management;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Sound experience in certain ERP & CRM system;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Sound experience in digitalization;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Fluent in English.
