Job Responsibilities  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Collaboration with the regional BD team to devise and implement various marketing initiatives and then assisting in driving these projects until completion;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Organising and running key client events, presentations and other client-facing activities to support the strategic goals of the firm;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Conducting client and market research to support new business development;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Assisting with the creation and production of external marketing communications materials, including pitches, brochures, marketing inserts and capability statements;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Assisting with planning and coordinating outbound business development trips to include monitoring follow-up activity as required;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Managing social media ad-hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns (in particular WeChat and LinkedIn), to include maintaining company' Chinese language website and utilising various marketing forums and databases to enhance knowledge sharing;  

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Maintaining and updating the firm's CRM system to include assisting new joiners to ensure best practice.

Job Requirements

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Fluent in Mandarin and English;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Confident in producing dual-language marketing materials and regularly liaising with local and international  contacts;

Temporary Admin Assistants (North, min 3 months) Have the ability to lead marketing projects until completion.
